I AM HEMANT AND I HAD PURCHASED LG SPLIT AC IN 30 NOV.2016
AFTER INSTALLATION DONE TO ME BY LG AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTER.I FOUND SOME UNUSUAL NOISE OF TIK TIK IN EVERY 30-40 SEC AND INCRESED NOISE ON SOME TIME ALSO.
I HAD MANY COMPLAINTS TO LG REGARDING THIS BUT THE SERVICE PERSON ALWAYS MISLEADING ME ABOUT THIS.AND TOLD ME REASON THAT THE INDOOR UNIT PLASTIC IS GOING TURN INTO TIK TIK DURING COLD ON PLASTIC...THATS THE BULLSHIT ANSWER...ONLY EVERY TIME...BUT I HAVE OTHER AC ALSO BUT THEY ARE AWESOME...
IN SHORT DURING 5 MONTHS I HAVE MANY INCONVIENCE WITH THIS AND I HAD MAIL TO JAGO GRAHAK JAGO FOREM WITH COMPLAINT ID-9956598
