I purchse new Samsung mobile at Infinite retail limited trading & Croma, Varacha on date-21/08/2020.Within 15 days my new Samsung mobile automatic switch off so i remain start my mobile but mobile not started. so Samsung Galaxy A 51 mobile take it and go on Samsung service center. Service center are check mobile and tell me mobile are press so mobile are switch off.so they are tell me mobile repair but without warranty period . i not agree and i can go croma center. they are chek my mobile and tell me within 5 day your moible repair.they are sent my mobile in Samsung service centre.they are given my mobile with repair without any pay.after few day my Samsung galaxy A 51 mobile battery automatic discharge in few hours.so i can go Samsung service center they tell me your mobile battery bloating.so your pay we change your moible battery.this battery are not warrenty period. If new battery cahange 6 month warrenty period give.Samsung Galaxy A 51 mobile purchase under 6 month period so why battery not under warrenty period? also every time my mobile under go repair but samsung service centre are every time tell me not under warranty period.Actual Croma centre are give me Samsung moible A 51 mobile is faulty piece. so every time mobile require maintenance. So please i need help Samsung company given new mobile vis-a -vis of my purchase samsung galaxy A 51 mobile.
