Not refunding the complete amount

26th March: I wanted to cancel their premium membership, so I wrote an email regarding that

April 1st : They canceled my membership

April 6th : I rejoined by paying full amount

April 21st: They reopen my old complaint for unknown reason (when asked they refused to answer) and refunded only 199 rs. They say remaining amount was claimed by me as cash back offer and I am eligible for only 199. However according to their T&C it applies if the customer has cancelled membership.

In my case, Bigbasket canceled my membership so I should be eligible for full refund.

    Agent MakeMyTrip not giving refund despite airlines have credited the refund amount to their account. When contacted airlines they said it’s already with agent MakeMyTrip and they are not credited to my account after a month time
