I have purchased Hero Passion Pro i3s 110 cc model (DL3SDZ9324) on 18 May 2018. Before its first service, it was running only 600 KM, now have rode complete 2000 KM till now. My engine was making too much sound & not providing appropriate mileage (30-35 KMPL) it should be about 60-65 KMPL have told the same to Showroom before its first service but they told after first service it would be fine. After first service the problem (engine noise & mileage) still persists then Service Center mechanic told it will be alright till second service {due date of second service is 18 Sep 2018}. On 16 Aug, I was riding with my Mom on Taj Express way after completion of 36 KM {already take toll slip i.e. of 205 ₹} my bike suddenly stops. I was totally shocked, our life could be in danger I have checked all basic things like spark plug, kick, fuel, engine oil etc but it not starts. If I will take the support from local mechanic, then Hero service center will no further support me in this esteemed bike. Really, I am fully embarrassed with this bike that is having “Manufacturing Defect” then have consulted Towing Van & asked them to leave us with bike in Noida they have charged with 2200 ₹ & we came back in Noida. There is a manufacturing defect in this bike giving mileage of 30-35 KMPL only & now engine seized explaining the same to both service center & Dealer but with no result. Today, again towing my bike to Hero service center told there must be some problem with engine. I will no longer carry this bike.
