Nextra - Pathetic customer service and non refund of money.

I am writing this after going through a lot and witnessing callous attitude and high-handedness from the company. I have been regularly facing internet issues since the day I have started using their service. Its been more than 4 months that every second day the connection goes off. I work online from home and my work gets hampered a lot. I have often reached out to the customer service numerous times for restoring connection, after assuring to be resolved quickly it usually takes 3-4 days after which the connection is temporarily resolved (at non working hrs, during night) and within a few hours it again goes off. to quote my recent misery, I am not having connection for the past 5 days. During this period I have called a number of times to the customer service, after being persuaded for paying the monthly recharge amount (940 INR) I am yet to get the connection, the customer service is worst. After facing a lot of troubles I trusted and backed them for improving their service but to no avail. Finally I decided against using their services any more so I asked them for termination of the connection and refund of my last monthly recharge. Now Nextra people are saying they won\'t be refunding the recharge amount and for the refunding of termination of connection (1500 INR) it would be credited after 3 months. I have high hopes and hence reached out to this forum to take action against the company, they should be reprimanded and taught a lesson or two on handling customer issues and being sensitive in resolving troubleshoots. you can visit and have a look at the comments and reviews in google and facebook from numerous disgruntled customers.
