ON REPEATED REQUEST ON PHONE FROM MS. PRIYA OF YOUR H.O. I PAID RS.590/- THROUGH PNB CH. NO.532449 ON 05.05.2018 FOR ROAD BREAKDOWN HELP OF MY TWO WHEELER ACTIVA NO.DL10SB0368 (ie. 05.05.2018 TO 04.05.2019) WHICH WAS RECEIVED BY YOUR OFFICIAL MR. HEMANT (PH.9210281109) RECEIPT NO.34445 DT.05.05.2018. BUT I AM PAINED TO INFORM YOU THAT ON 16.06.2018 MY SCHOOTER HAD GONE UNDER BREAKDOWN ON ROAD AND I COMPLAINED TO YOUR CUSTOMER CARE OFFICE- COMPLAINTS NO.503955, 503960, 503964 BUT ALL COMPLAINTS WERE CANCELLED WITHOUT MENTIONING ANY REASON AND I WAS IN GREAT DIFFICULTY DUE TO NON AVAILABILITY OF YOUR HELPLINE SERVICE. PLEASE REFUND MY HARD EARNED MONEY AS YOU ARE NOT PROVIDING ANY SERVICE AND I HAVE BEEN CHEATED BY YOUR OFFICE STAFF.
