I had availed pest control service ( 7 Services ) by paying Rs 3823 via Gpay to the Gpay number 7204274775 in the name of Shaheera Banu. They did one service and gave me a invoice for . 7 services for which I paid Rs 3823. After first service they never turned up, never picking calls.

The person who coordinated is Mr Faiz Shah ( Mobile 9513194656 ). He promised he will return the money as per the terms and conditions ( If I am not satisfied, company is supposed to refund 80% of money as per invoice).

Please help in this regard.
