Complaint against online property tax payment

The bsk.karnataka.gov.in website is down from several months now. It used to work initially. So we (owners) are unable to pay property tax online. Everytime we enter our details and click the search button it says "no data found". It used to work before but not anymore. Now we are forced to go to the gram Panchayat office during PANDEMIC time to pay the tax plus we are asked to pay a BRIBE amount there. Why are they not rectifying this website on priority??? So that we can pay tax at home and not risk our health to go out at such a bad time!!
