GTPL Connection Shifting Related, We registered the complain id 5935 since last 1 month

We are using GTPL broadband since last 3 years. We want to shift our connection to the new location. We registered the complain id 5935 since last 1 month (dated: 6/7/18) however no action has been taken on it till date. GTPL is not even providing any timeline to shift the connection. We talked with their senior managers however did not get any support. Please help.
