Videocon D2H customer, Does not provide channel service

Hello,
I am Videocon D2H customer. The company is not providing service of DD NATIONAL channel during Ind v/s Aus Cricket match. Its our national channel free for everybody so how can the company do this kind of pathetic work. The company want that customer have to pay for this service during this time. Its possibility that this is continue in future. So, I request you the authorized person to take interest in this matter. Thank you.
