You Broadband Not providing good service, internet speed and problem solution on Time.

According to their service they have assured me that they will provide me solution of issues within 4-8 working hours.
And according to my plan I should get 18MBps speed, which I'm not getting sometimes. And before 7 Days they were constantly providing low speed.

So at the end they fail to provide the service, internet speed and problem solution on Time.

I have asked so many time for refund if they are not able to keep their words, not able to provide service according to my plan.

I have asked for refund of full-payment of plan, they told me that according to the policy plan cost is not refundable, but then they are not providing the service for what I have paid. So at both the way I'm losing the money.

I need help to get the refund of full amount.
