Shifting Issue with GTPL Hathway Internet connection

Hi Sir,

I have one issue regarding shifting of my GTPL connection from old address to new address.
The charged which customer care told me for shifting was 570/-. But one of the technician told me that he will charged 1700/- for shifting of the connection.

So i want my refund whatever the period it was remaining.
