We received two kitchen appliances as a house warming gift from my older sister dated May 25th 2013. These products were purchased from Grandeur C-158 Okhla Phase I, Okhla Industrial Area, New Delhi. Ever since we purchased these products on May 25th 2013, we are being swindled, cheated and harassed. I am being intentionally bullied first by the retailor Grandeur when Harleen Kaur refused and denied to PROVIDE a warranty to a customer and later by Electrolux as a company. Since then onwards I am being beleaguered over service concerns continuously, this company has stooped so low that it even denied to acknowledge these products as their own product
This malpractice of business ethics is being continued since ever since 2013 when Harleen Kaur negated the customer the provision of a product warranty, nowhere in the world I have witnessed this misconduct. Since then on-wards I am facing a pattern of harassment beginning February 28th 2014, to November 2nd 2014, whenever I booked a request for service it was rejected and no technician visited for full five months. Whenever I had lodged a Service Request with Electrolux, I receive a Response from Electrolux – that my service request is being rejected on grounds that this is not a product of Electrolux. I repeatedly kept on requesting but no service finally on December 1th, 2014, I receive a call from phone number, 022-39461400 at 6:10 PM from a person who refused to identify himself but informed me that these two Electrolux Products mentioned in my email are not of Electrolux Company hence no Service could be provided.
On May 5th 2016, I Lodge a complaint with Electrolux Customer Service Care in writing for a paid Service and requested a technician visit with service call. However until September 17th 2016 no technician visited us. Over and over again I am being harassed over Service constantly to such an extent that this has become an intentional harassment. Finally after booking a complaint and waiting for more than four month the technician visits me on September 17th 2016, to inform me that the part is broken and needs to be replaced. I agreed and asked him how long will the replacement time frame will be? The Technician had no idea and leaves without any work done. When no response is witnessed, I mail A LETTER AGAIN AND to my surprise Electrolux cancels my Request or complaint without offering any explanation. For full five months there was no technician visit yet I was informed each time that a visit has occurred. And now the Service Request has been cancelled without any explanation. Two burners are in a working condition out of four.
