Hi Team,
This is inform to you that i had submitted my mobile LENOVA VIBE P1 in your Service center at SIMRAN ELECTRONICS Sanjay place Agra on the date of 3/10/16 with the problem in finger print sensor and speaker mike problem as well so your service engineer informed me that your mobile motherboard is faulty and He
provided me customer information slip except job sheet and asked me to come after seven days .I again went to the service point for pick up my mobile but They did not repair my mobile in the given time period then i started taking follow up for the same after many follow up yesterday i got call from them so today i went to pick up my mobile but when i got my mobile i was shocked to see my mobile your engineer changed my display and touch screen without my
permission even they did not give any single call when i asked them why you changed my display he said this happened from company but i checked there is not any update in my job sheet and also i am facing the same problem and new too, Sir i am very much disappointed form your service as believe that
this is your brand value pls help me i will not except this handset
because i think this service center are doing fraud with the customer please arrange new handset and the detail is mention below As still problem is not resolved. I Attached both Soft Copy.....
