I purchased RACOLD WATER GEYSER on 22nd August 2015 which is under warranty for 02 Years. This is not working for last one week. I lodged the complaint with company's Customer Care vide Complaint No. EN10235078 on 31st Oct 2016. This complaint was closed by the company same day without attending as "RESOLVED"
