I have been experiencing poor network connectivity and multiple call drops with Vodafone in Pune, Maharashtra.The problems only increased since 30th Sept onwards. I changed my Sim cards twice and also bought a new handset, but the problems continued. Till date after registering many complaints with Vodafone, the service engineer and the Appelate are unable to fin the problem and instead harassing me by sending the service engineer at my residence at times when I am in my office with work assignments. Despite of the fact that I have specifically tolod that I am experiencing this issue in entire Pune. On account of multiple call drops, network connectivity issues, I have faced a lot of troublem from my family and my business associates who have tried to reach and talk to me but were unable to connect with me due to the ongoing network and call drop issues. hence I am registering a complaint and a compensation for the loss of my mental peace and also the business loss that I had to face.
