Delay of courier shipment and not providing return memo, courier shipment to DTDC courier

I had given one courier shipment to DTDC courier on 06/08/2016 for Ghansoli area . Normally it takes two days to reach the destination . But even after 10 days, it was not received by concern addressee . So i have start taking follow up from DTDC ofice.Every time officer are reverted me with saying it will reach tommorrow or within 2 days. After two weeks i had ask for either acceptance or return of the shipment. But on 25/08/2016 , he returned me that courier with the reason " incomplete address ". So i have ask for return memo for the same. Dtds, is not providing return memo and it took almost 20 days to return me back without any memo pad.

If it had incomplete address , why didnt they return me in next 2 or 4 days.

    Even after validating my complaint , i have not received any call as my document is still not received. How to go further. I have not received any mail of notification regarding complaint no or validating of complaint.
