I have celebrated my Son's first birthday in Pruthi Hall, New Panvel.
I have faced worst service experience in whole event. Food was not good, service staff not supporting, arrogant hall owner. I really suffered a huge loss by celebrated my life event in this hall. Please help if you can support me in this.

    Today I received a fungus pointed gourd and stale green chillies.spoke to your customer care and she was not able to handle the situation.
    > Terrible experience from grofers.I would have died if i would have consumed that food.Missing another 250 gms gourd as well..
