Hi, Priyanka Sambhav Ma’am , My self Gaurav Gawhale and I had placed an order on Paytm.com on 25th May 2016 with Paytm order #1763356897. Hush Puppies Black Formal Shoes worth Rs.3799 (3699+100) Size10, but I got Size 8. So I requested Paytm.com for return, they said to ship it back to sellers address

" S-MART,LAXMA REDDY GODOWNS, DOOR NO 3 6 347/3 SYNO 49/12, BAHADURGUDA VILLAGE, SAROORNAGAR LB NAGAR, OPP PRIME FUNCTION HALL,HYDERABAD, RANGAREDDY, TELANGANA, 500074"

And I sent the product return to the sellers address through ONDOT Courier with Docket no. 432466378 on 3rd June 2016, and Courier Company said that they had Delivered the parcel on 15th June 2016.



I asked Ondot courier (Hyderabad) to mail me or whatsapp me the POD, they said me that "we had sent the POD to Nagpur" and at Nagpur nobody is receiving call or there phone number is not reachable. Then I managed to get a number of a fellow of Nagpur ONDOT Courier. That fellow told me that "sometimes POD comes sometimes not, so contact Paytm.com and share print of website showing status as DELIVERED"



Where Paytm.com is saying that “product/parcel is not received by the seller at sellers end, so we are unable to process refund”. Paytm Further said that "Please Share POD, and we will process the refund as soon as we will get POD".

So, I request you to please look in to my matter and get it solved. As my Rs 3799 + Rs 190 ( Courier charge) = Rs. 3989 ( ~Rs. 4000) got strucked
