Fraud and Cheating Oneassist Consumer Solutions Private Limited Pathetic Service

1) Registered claim on 15th May 2016
2) Cleared the document process on 21st May2016, after rejecting the documents which I uploaded on the company portal. On 21stMay 2016 it was approved with the same documents which I had uploaded on 15th itself. Which means senseless of wasting 7 days. Make a note every time I use to call up the customer care while uploading the documents and do as they say.
3) After that I call up the customer care again after trying number of times someone commits me that your phone will be repaired and returned within 7 days. This is before picking up my phone for repairs .Isn’t it funny!
4) After 13 days i.e. total 20 days, my phone is picked for servicing which was me who contacted them and asked them to do so.
5) This gets confirmed by an email on 8th June 16 i.e. 25 days.
6) Today it’s been 25days my phone is not received back.
7) A customer service representative calls me up confirming that we proceeded for the further approval which will take 4 working days. This means more 7 days in total... to just get the claim approval
8) Moral of the story a phone which cost about 14k and which needs repairmen takes 45 WORKING DAYS round about more than 2months according to normal calendar days to get repaired from One assist Consumer Solutions Private Limited.
9) God knows when I will get my phone back. And about COMPENSATION upar wala hi dega shaayad.
I have already wasted so much of my energy my time in explaining and dealing with everyone from One assist I won’t take names of the individuals for the same. I seriously don’t know what needs to be done rather than putting this as above. I hope somebody helps me else I need to simply wait for my next month salary to buy a new cell phone and consider this as I have lost my cell phone to One Assist
Note: Hence forth I won’t be paying any money to one assist. One assist Consumer Solutions Private Limited has simply cheated with me by tempting me to buy their Mobile insurance scheme. Without providing any service. I have realized that I have wasted my money.
I am not sure what should be mentioned in the cliam amount . as of know i have mentioned the policy charges only

    I had forwarded a mail to OneAssist on the 2nd Sep and the reply that I got from them was on 14th Sep And that too the reply that I got from them was even more shocking. Now when I ask them they told me that they will deliver it on the 3rd October and when I dint receive it from them and the enquired about it from them now they are saying they will deliver it on the 29th October.

    Whenever you ask them to transfer the call to the senior they will put the call on hold for 10 mins to 15 mins and then disconnect the call from their end. Even if you ask them to ask a senior to call you back they never do it.

    I really don't understand how can a company run without a manager in the office seriously.


    After this I truelly believe that this company is afraid company.


    And I will see to that I take this company to court if I don't get my phone from them.

    ONE ASSIST is a fraud company that takes too long to give back your device that too without repair . They make very absurd excuses regarding the device saying that they are waiting for the approval of their partner company , etc . they have taken my phone since two months now and are not returning it now . rel. no. 1673172 . Please don't trust this company .

    I have made a complain regarding my ac repair for which it's just waiting for repair approval. It's been more than a month but there is no response.Don't invest and waste your time in their insurance it's simply wasting your money as at the ends your product won't get repaired and customer service will make false promises.
