Overbilling by Idea Cellualr

I am using Idea Post paid connection for my mobile no 8975260202 since long. Earlier the bill used to be in the range of 250-300, which started increasing suddenly without increase in calls and it started in the range of 500-600. We accepted that. Then it went in the range of 800. It was the time two months back when we decided to port. When we sent message for porting code, immediately number of calls started coming to stop it and they started offering lot many things. To my surprise, the next month bill came only to Rs.66. This month they have charged 1800 claiming heavy internet uses like twitter and facebook which is even not installed in mobile.
