Dear Sir,

I placed order on Monginis web portal on 23rd June for delivery on 26th June with payment done in advance. M/s Monginis didn't to bother to deliver the same n even not updated on getting delayed. after several follows ups they are asking do you accept late delivery or we should return your money. whats use of money or late delivery when function was on 26th June and its ruined due to non delivery. We request your support to make these companies understand meaning of commitment.
