I had purchased a microwave form Vijay Sales almost 2 years back and it stopped working on July 2016. I raised a complaint with Vijay sales on 2nd august and they raised the complaint with Samsung on 3rd August.
After that I had called Samsung call center many times and they did not make a home visit till 24th August.
On 24th August someone case and told me Mangetron needs to be replaced and they need advance from me. I didnt want to give advance as they had been very unresponsive, but they said without advance they wont replace it. I got a receipt for 1500 rupees advance on 24th August. After that I havent heard back from the samsung service center in mumbai called hcl services ltd. There is no number mentioned in the receipt and the number +(91)-22-61645600 i got online - no one receives calls on it.
I was told that the part will be replaced in 4 days but it has been 18 days now and no word from them
