I have purchase samsung a7 (2016) 27000/- from ashapura mobile store station road nallasopara west on 10/09/16 at same time i done with APPSDAILY INSURANCE pack also worth Rs.2499/- At the time of purchase appsdaily insurance pack executive(9673787786) told me that if mobile theft within 1-180days you have to pay 15% of invoice value, 181-365days 25% i.e also mention in Apps Daily Brochers BOOK with 10days replacement guaranteed or repair.
My mobile theft on 18/09/16 from nalasopara station while getting down from train (train moving towards virar PF1) carring my 4yrs daughter ,Bags of Toys and mobile in hand.
I done with all claim process 19/09/16 (police/appsdaily) and now appdaily customer care 02261555222 keeps me on hold for minimum 25min to 35min chargable number Wasted 150rs yet on this number. They said me you have to pay full 25% of invoice value 6750/- i told them about that while purchaising handset executive told me to pay 15% 4050/- of invoice value mension in appddaily booklet Brochers.
Now Customer care are telling our policy had been change from 1/08/16 vice versa 1-180days 25% and 181-365days 15%.

Now i paid 6750/- ,25% full invoice amt of 27000/- and yet not got my mobile fone also .
I request a claim of 2700/-extra paid amt plus 150/-mobile balance deduction also mentally harasment/depress compensation.
