Hi there, I paid advance money Rs. 50,000.00 to a company through net transfer for booking a new car. Later I withdraw the plan and asked him to return the money after deducting cancellation feeof Rs.5000.00. He is just delaying the payment and lately issued a cheque but that one bounced two times and paid Rs.25,000.00 through bank transfer and again delaying rest Rs. 20,000.00.
