No service centre is available on net, complaint regarding my iball Tarang speakers 4.1

I wanted to make a complaint regarding my iball Tarang speakers 4.1 so I tried to get service centre so I checked it on net and I got a number and made a call but the receiver Rohit Gupta recognised it a wrong number and the number is 9996046667.
Kindly help me to solve the issue.
