against warranty not given services

Dear Sir, we had taken a service from URBANJOY Indrapuram Ghaziabad on Dt:-16/09/2020.
against this they had issued receipt no-789. In this service they change our LED back light and given one year replacement warranty.
After one and half month , we were facing the same complaint, so we were contact to service provider than they were told us to service it again.
but after that he is ignor us and now not picking our phone.
than we were trying to make a call from other number then he pick and not respond.
because of this I am very frustrated along with my family.
that kind of person cheat the customer and damage the trust on other services.
Kindly take a immediate and compensate for this cheating.
