Leakage in petrol pump nozzle

Dated 18-03-20 i have approached essar petrol pump near chandan palace indira nagar lucknow for petrol filling but as nozzle was leaking they have partially filled my car and agreed that issue is with nozzle but refused to compensate for the fuel loss.
Started misbehaving as well.
I have filed police complain against this petrol pump.
