Its been 3 days since the concerned person has not visited my place for installations of my tv

As suvitech electronics are the only authorised service center in kanpur,its been 3 days since the concerned person has not visited my place for installations of my tv.and he is not even picking up my call as well.

Even today also I have taken follow up from the concerned person he is declining today and saying that he will come on Monday not before than that.

Now the back panel of TV is with him and because of it I am unable to set up my TV.

It is an act of careless attitude and irresponsible behaviour from sony
