Service not provided but complete money charged

for whirlpool fridge non working, complaint was done. On 30 June,2020 a person form company came, didnt do the work, fought for giving complete money. Told to come again in half an hour but didnt returned. He was fighting for giving complete money calculated 5770/-. As customer we thought that ok money is not an issue, so we gave 5770/- on 30.06.2020 at about 11-12pm. For that purpose the customer took leave from the office and the whole day waited for the company representative to come again as he told that with some equipments he will return in half an hour. But after getting money company didnt bothered till date to send the official on that day. the whole day of the mine was wasted. till date the product is not working. Now on asking for returning the money hailf of the money they want to return. The whole issue is the lack of service providing from the side of Whirlpool company. Company is involved in the harrasemnt of the customers and not able to provide service properly to the customres. The mental harrasemnet they did, money they have taken, they cheated to the customer and responsible for the loss held to the customer. Some strong action is very much required to take against such company urgently and to compensate the loss beared by the customer due to company.
