Address change request was not taken by staff when they are busy in mobile phones

When I have visited Vaibhav gas service,nr. Anand baug society,nr. S.T. road, Bavla-382220, Employees (Staff two ladies and a man ) busy in mobile chat or whatever are not ready to take my request for my address change. Among them one lady had said me because of other work I have to visit once again after date:05/02/21 . When I have said her that I want to book my cylinder she said me book it now,but I have explained her that if I will book my cylinder will go to my previous address. That time a man said me rudely that come after 20/02/21,we have another work currently. I want know that what type of staff you have in your office, who have even no sense how to talk to customer. Please take steps against this nonsense staff. Thank you.
