No proper communication, no bill send, creating unnecessary inconvenience

I brought my Samsung M21 in warranty period 1 week back. It had a problem in getting switched on. I waited for 2 hours to get it checked.after checking was told mother board is faulty. Said it will not get covered under warranty. I said ok. Paid 6000 rupees. They said system is down can't generate bill. Said agent will send bill by WhatsApp the next day. I wait and call back after 4 days. They tell me sorry for not contacting. Will get problem fixed next day. I call again after 3days. Now another person has the ordacity to ask me for the bill number. Then when I tell him no bill has been generated. He tells me product is not available. So ask him to deliver the product back to me with 6000 rupees. I told him I will pay delivery charge. He tells me no bill has been cancelled they won't deliver because it's not repaired, I have to come and collect my self. This is the worst experience which I have had with a service center.
