on 4th Oct 2018, I have taken my LCD TV by a taxi to the above sercice centre after speaking to them by phone. They advised to bring to the service centre. after reach the centre, without seeing or brought out of the car, they asked me the model of the TV and said this cant be repaired, instead, to purchase a new TV. so i understand that sony service centre is not ready to repair any old models and they want only light issues electronic items. I requested to see the problem by taking into the service but they ignored me and tried very hard to vacate me. my total day was lost after driving 70 km taxi and my stress and mental pain made me worse. i want sony to repay my cost for all. since they dont even consider seeing my device and applied a huge amount of money to make me go away. its a shame to me. i went all the way after speaking to them only. how can they decide the amount and problem to advise me to purchase a new sony tv? I want them to pay all my loss
