Need replacement for water purifier "Tap"

I have raised a service request for the broken tap on March 2017. But till now there is not response from the Service Center. My AMC Service Warranty is also a valid one but still when I called the Service Helpline there was no response and no one turned up to fix the issue. I have reached the Service center helpline supervisor Mr.Siddha Raju, he has shared the service center contact details [Mobile : 8681860264 - VPM Enterprises], but not reaching always, tried so many times. Following is the customer ID of mine from Eureka forbes along with list of compliance which I have raised.
