Regarding My Scooty Pep+ Service

I went to Vallioor Vasu TVS Motor ( Location : Vallioor ) to service my scooty pep on ( 25-Jan-2020 ) Saturday by 11 AM. I asked the supervisor & Service advisor to change the engine oil & ask him to repair fully and i also said to change some parts which was damaged . They made check in card and the estimated amount he said 6000 to 8000 .I said it's ok , when will yu deliver my scooty ? He replied back within 3 to 5 days maximum and if got delayed surely before 30th of January. The Day 1 of 25th January & Day 2 of 26th Jan & Day 3 27th Jan & 28th Jan has Gone wasted and he didn't even touch my vehicle . It was standing as it is . The total Floor Supervisor, Floor manager, Service advisor has Literally wasted those 4,5 days without even changing the engine oil. I was totally upset and got vexed after seeing this . This is the 1st ever experience i am facing with the TVS Motor In Vallioor ( Dealer : Vasu TVS Motor ) . I went there by 28th Jan and saw the situation and the next second i asked them to return back my vehicle without any reasons. They keep on saying sir we'll start the work by today don't get tensed we'll surely give it delivered within 2 to 3 days. On 31-Jan-2020 they said the vehicle is ready. I went there and asked let me trial and check the scooty pep, Once i ride the vehicle i notice that the horn is not working and some noise came from the under seat storage trunk.On 31st Jan i also paid the bill amount of 12,497 /- .He simply said today all are busy we don't even have time so plz leave the vehicle we'll get it ready by tomorrow on 1 Feb 2020.By 1st Feb i reached there and i asked my vehicle, the floor supervisor easily saying i damaged one part ( Battery Door ) so we'll replace it within 2 to 3 days . He didn't even checked the horn line ( electrical Complaints ).I don't know what work he's doing there . Simply he made all the charges and finished with 12.497 /- Still now the vehicle is in the company. Is this the way TVS Motor deals the customer? Surely this is my last service in TVS Motors . I will not refer TVS Further. For more than 8 days they are having my scooty and playing with the customer's trust . If you guys didn't take proper steps I'll file a case under consumer protection Act. I need a proper action for that (FLOOR Supervisor: RAJ) (Service Advisor: RAFI) ( Service Manager : MARI KOLZUNTHU )

Mr. Raj and Mr.Rafi are very rude and simply wasting time without doing the work of my tvs scooty pep.
They are not answering properly and they're rude with the customer's. I was totally disappointed. Plz take neccessary actions to deliver my vehicle soon. I have paid Rs 12.497 /- by cash . On the 1st day The Service advisor Just made the entry card and he simply went out for field works. He doesn't know what was the actual situation is inside the company! The system in Vallioor TVS motor is totally disappointing & rubbish. Plz kindly make the service team properly in a mannered way to do the service work . Thank you .
