I am Natarajan from tirunelveli, TAMILNADU.
I COMPLAINT About mitashi ac 1 ton swing door not worked.
I complaint on 10 th April 2019.My complaint number is 190410116A0115.
Your Tirunelveli service center manager refused to service my ac due to bill amount pending from your company for the past services done by him.
I contact your chennai manager Mr Ramakrishna many times,but he is not in a position to service my ac. He didn't take any steps to service my ac as a Tamilnadu manager.
I sent many mails to you(Minakshi,Saritha) but no response from you .
Why not you answer my previous mails sent by me.
I want to know whether your company runs or not?
Because no reply from your side.
My service request on 10/04/2019 also cancelled by your service center without any reason and reply.
In summer I am unable to use your mitashi ac for the past 48 days.
So you will be responsible for not servicing my ac for the past 48 days. Because your company didn't take any action against your Tirunelveli manager Mr sekar & Mr Ramakrishnan (chennai) for their insufficient work .
So please reply your position in this matter through my mail.
