Purchased the new water purifier livpure RO+UV which was installed on 7th June 2017 which is not working after installation.

Registered a service request till today no response from company.

    I purchase three years of ACMC and My machine is under warranty but the engineer is asking for money. There was no action from Mr sanjeev the Branch Manager of livpure, gorakhpur (up) on compilation for 10 days

    My machine is in under warranty and i am getting the schedule service from Livpur on time but after the last service it became a pain for me to register complaint again again regarding the no water supply . Till today i have complained approx 5 to 6 time but they have not provided me any resolution , technician visit but do something it start working and than stopped. If someone has any grievance team email id or contact no of livpur, please let me know.
