Complaint against Kent water purifier stoped working for 4th time within 4 months

My Kent RO is in warranty, Everymonth it stops working and service engineer dont turnup for 2 or 3 days .
To again it stopped working and when i called customer care for refund or replacement with new one ,they said that they cannot do that.

I'm totally exhausted by calling there customer care everyone .Also once they closed my complaint even without solving it.
