We have signed contract with Eureka Forbes via Contract No.26239941 Dt: 11/5/2016. Its almost 3 weeks, we have written many emails to company and made calls but are not getting response,they were to change Candle & service the next day,we cannot use the product as dirty water is coming and we are buying Mineral water from out appx 10L per day and have spent appx Rs.4000 so far. We have been mentally tortured with this and are very disturbed. Filing Legal is expensive. HELP please
