Cheating Water was not coming because sediment filter is not working

My machine is under warranty
From few days back i was having problem with my machine as machine was not giving water, i called for service, service engineer had come but he did in servicing,
Water was not coming because sediment filter is not working but service engineer didn't pass the water from sediment and pre- carbon, he directly connected to R.O housing,

Note; He zig zaged the pipe in sediment and pre-carbon, that means water is not passing through this 2 filter and he said your machine is okk.

I called my engineer after he left my enginner said that hi zig zaged the pipe and also blocked my 3 numbers
