Regarding service of Aqua Ayush water purifiers

I had purchased Aqua Ayush water purifiers from dealer Mr, Tejas 8888363005 / 8793787692 on 6 May 2016. ( Packing number is 710312015 and S No- AS2548 ) dealer Address S/N number 02 hingne mala Hadapser Pune.
My RO is not working properly and smelly water coming from RO from Last 4 Month. Firstly I called him 10 time on (8888363005). Because at time of Installation he committed 4 free service for first year. but after installing RO they never showed there face to us for any service.
They said will send our technician next day but never come till date.

I had called your registered customer care number- 020663454 but phone not connected.

Now my all family are hospitalized due to poor water coming from this RO. So request you to Please send your executive for service the same. If you having any issue then you revert back your RO and return my Money ASAP. I will purchase another RO.
