It is with a lot of disappointment that I'm writing this to you. Today - 13 Feb 2022, around 3.45 PM we visit Pirates of Grill, Mall of India, Noida along with my parents and sister because I recently got a promotion and wanted to give a treat to my them because we have visited this place 4-5 times before as well and were quite happy with the services and food.

But today, the scenario was completely different. We arrived at 2.15 and there was a waiting of 1- 1.5 hours. We agreed and went to shop in the mall. Around 3.45 we received a call from restraunt that the table would be available in another 5 min, so we reached in the next 10 min.
As soon as we received, we were told that we would have to rush because the restaurant would close at 4.30 PM.
We sat, and were told again, the second time- that the restraunt would close at 4.30 PM.
We asked them to rush the services in that case which was completely ignored. It took them more than 15 min to set up the barbecue. We had to ask for everything atleast 10 times because the waiters and the services were extremely poor.
We had our food on table and naan took 20 min to arrive, by then the remaining food was already cold.
Along with this there were constant reminders again and again - atleast 10 times that the restraunt is closing at 4.30 which made us feel like beggars even after paying a hefty amount of Rs. 950 per plate.

Additional, upon receiving my bill I was shocked because the price displayed on Zomato for a plate is 799 on weekends, lunch, veg, whereas the original plate price there was 950 Rs. I felt completely cheated here as well.

To add on to my misery, the food was extremely bad.

I felt that my whole money went to waste, never visiting this place where they disrespect their customers, who are actually the sole reason of their existence and treat them like shit.
