Charging more than MRP

This is to bring to your notice the gross irregularity and illegal selling of cold drink above a much higher price than the stipulated Maximum Retail Price(MRP) at a resturant named Treat in the Naveen Market area of Kanpur. The MRP of the cold drink is Rs 15 printed but its is being sold at Rs 24.94(including tax) which is nothing but consumer harassment and willful playing of Indian laws.
As a concerned citizen of this country I would like you to please look into this matter and take appropriate action.
