I went to Restaurent "Moti Mahal Deluxe" at Raebareli (UP) for lunch on 23rd March 2017. When I asked for normal RO water, it was not available. They give me mineral water. They charged me Rs. 25.00 instead of MRP Rs. 20.00. I asked them for bill only MRP amount, they denied. I said them about Govt. order but still they denied.
