Dear Sir/Madam,

I Vijeta Srivastava had a dinner on 15th September in a restaurant call Punjabi Feast, Near Phoenix Mall, Alambagh, Lucknow. The total bill value was Rs. 2241/- (including VAT 12.5% & SAT 2%) in which five mineral water bottles were also billed over MRP. The MRP of Mineral Water Bottle Aquiafina was Rs. 20/- each but restaurant charged me Rs. 25/- each and additionally added VAT on it. Eventually when I asked to the Manager about this they misbehaved and said its a management call to charge over MRP. I do have the copy of the bills for further action.
