JioFiber refund not processed by company, fraudulent justification given by customer care.

Hello,

I have applied for jio fiber connection on date - 20/11/2021.

It was installed on date - 23/11/2021.

I was unsatisfied with the services and I raised the complaint for disconnection on 21/12/2021. They assured me on call that full amount will be refunded after the device pickup has been done by the engineer. As complaint has been raised before 30 day of activation of the trial plan.

They disconnected the services on 24/12/2021, and scheduled the device pickup on 28/12/2021. But the device was not picked up till 27/01/2022. No engineer contacted me in between, I filed my complaints in Jiofiber customer care but they just rescheduled it (10 times). They even told me that I have given them a future date (I have call recordings).

After the pickup has been done on 27/01/2022, they told us that full 2500 refund will come in parts. they processed the 1500 refund and told me to wait till 10/02/2022. I got a message for refund processing on 01/02/2022 that NEFT will be done in 3 days.

Sir today is 10/02/2022, no amount has been refunded. I called in jiofiber again and they told me that device pickup has been done 60 days after activation of the jiofiber connection and they will not proceed with the refund.

I am helpless now. the engineer and customer care both are not raising my issue, not giving me phone no.s of any seniors and they dont have any jio fiber office no.

This a big fraund happening between JioFiber customer care and engineers, they are delaying the pickup without our consent and now not refunding any amount.

Please provide assistance.
