Fraud by JIO SIM issuer at stall of JIO

Vinod 9821180393 is the sales agent of Jio I met at a stall near my home. He sold to my wife 4 sims. My wife paid 475 via jio money.

The numbers are:

8169075048 (not working)
8169094686(not working)
8169099542(not working)

8369695926 (working)

Now Mr Vinod refuses to return money which was paid via jio meny rs 475 for 4 SIM cards. Only one is working.

Now he is asking to apply via paper process and not ekyc.

We want refund of our money for three not activated numbers.

Pls help as agaent is refusing now.
