we are 6 people, we as invested (2011)in house from sum of rupess 20,00,000.(6 people) till that time we are not recived (6 people) house and also not ready to re-fund sum amount. pelease help mi team.

    I recently bought a mobile from bookmyoffer.com but when it was delivered I learned it was duplicate and the company cheated us, later I also send them a mail but I didn't received any response from them. Also there is no option for refund or return of fake product. I want your help to deal with this problem.

    Price-1400+250 for delivery and tax.
    I didn't even received warranty card in the box.

    Premia Infrastructure Ltd has started to deceit their buyer and has already taken first step by stopping the returnable income per month as agreed during purchase.
    On speaking to Anwar who represents Premia,asking for refunding back the amount as construction has not yet started; is giving unjustified reasons to deny the payment.
    Please help on getting the refund.
