JIO Money charges for money transfer.

Sir, i have add money Rs. 6700.00 from my Bank account to JIO Money. But after i would like to transfer this money to my other bank account. but i need to charges 4% even transaction limit is Rs. 2000 with also delay for 2 working days. This is totally wrong and money burgling process from users. Otherwise they have not mention that kind of condition before add money.
