Mene marketplace pe ek kurti dali thi,Navin Singh Tomar ne dekh kar bola ki mujhe ye kurti chaiye or apna number diya or bola pic bhejo .Mene bhej di unhone bola 22 pice chaiye or me online payment karunga kyu ki me army se hu or ghar se dur hu.mene bola ok . Fir ushne meri phone pay I'd par 1 rupees transfer kiya or mujhe v karne ko bola sidhe 2 rupees meri account pe jama hua fir unhone 1500 pay kiya or mujhe v karne ko bola lekin tavi paisa kat gaya. Unhone payment refound process k bahane mujhse 10173 rupees le liya or bola 2 din me ap k paise refound hojaeag.lekin avi tak refund nahi hua.
